HellasCart ("HellasCart", "we", "us", or "our") is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) e-commerce platform that allows registered users ("tenants", "you") to create and operate their own online store. By creating an account or using HellasCart in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. You must notify us immediately at support@hellascart.gr if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

HellasCart offers a Free plan and one or more Paid plans, billed monthly or yearly depending on your selection. Paid plan fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Plan features, limits (such as number of products or stores), and pricing are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time; material changes will be communicated to active subscribers in advance. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or downgrade of your account to the Free plan.
You are solely responsible for all content, products, descriptions, images, pricing, and policies published in your store. HellasCart does not pre-screen tenant store content and is not a party to transactions between you and your customers. You are responsible for complying with applicable consumer protection, tax, and e-commerce regulations in the jurisdictions where you sell.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support@hellascart.gr. Upon termination, your store may become inaccessible to your customers, and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
HellasCart is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HellasCart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
HellasCart and its original content, themes, features, and functionality are owned by HellasCart and are protected by Greek, EU, and international copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload to your store (product descriptions, images, branding), and you grant HellasCart a limited license to host and display that content as necessary to operate the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of HellasCart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under EU law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of HellasCart after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
